Kealy is a mother, teacher, starseed, lightworker, awakening mentor, spiritual ecologist, intuitive healer, herbalist, dancer, a medium, community builder, permaculturist, a homesteader, tree hugger, student of the five elements, jungle dweller, silly song singer, medicine maker, truth teller, joyful laugher, a Gemini Sun, a Virgo moon, a Virgo Rising, and friend to all.

Originally from Nebraska, Kealy’s path has been a spiral — from structural engineering to school garden education, and eventually to energy medicine and herbalism. After years designing physical spaces, she began to feel a deep ache for something more — a longing to reconnect people to Mother Earth and to the well-being of the human spirit.

She left city life to live on a chocolate farm in Costa Rica, immersing herself in permaculture, small-community living, and the art of moving in rhythm with the land. There, she discovered the healing power of plants and the sacred medicine of community. When she returned to Washington, DC, she became the city’s first full-time school garden teacher, later training educators to weave nature, food choices, and gardening into their curriculum — even teaching Michelle Obama how to make tortillas. 

Since 2013, Kealy has practiced energy medicine, studying Reiki, polarity therapy, shamanic techniques, soul retrieval and has sharpened her intuition and Clare senses. Her lifelong curiosity has also led her to study human consciousness, spiritual evolution, quantum healing, and multidimensional awareness. Her path has unfolded into a profound relationship with the Divine — the Creator, the ancestors, and the consciousness of the natural world.

In 2017, Kealy and her husband, Solin García Sánchez, co-founded KIS Botanicals in Costa Rica, where they live, farm, teach, parent, and celebrate life together. Their project is devoted to preserving Solin’s Indigenous wisdom and helping people reconnect deeply with nature — remembering that we are all part of the web. Through curiosity, crafted experiences, and the teachings of the five elements, Kealy delights in witnessing students remember their connection to the Earth and to themselves.

In her one-on-one sessions and teachings, Kealy works intuitively — receiving guidance through vivid imagery, symbols, and sensations, a living dialogue with Spirit. During sessions, visions unfold like a moving film, accompanied by words or feelings that bring clear, direct answers to her clients’ questions. Though she has trained with shamans and energy healers, her intuitive sight arose naturally — a gift that deepened after healing after a life-changing car accident. Today, she channels this connection to help others remember their truth, align with their purpose, and embody the wisdom of their soul.

Kealy teaches courses on herbalism, energy medicine, the five elements, human consciousness, and spiritual connection to nature, and offers private quantum healing sessions, mentorships, and community workshops.

Her life’s devotion is to help humanity return home — to the body, to Mother Earth, and to the soul’s original song of wild harmony.
