These offerings complement, and never replace, licensed professional care. Please continue any medications or treatments as guided by your healthcare provider, and seek medical or mental health support whenever you need it. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line. My offerings are for adults 18 and over. You are always free to pause or stop a session. By booking or signing up, you confirm that you have read and agree to this disclaimer and that you take responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing.

What I gather: When you write to me, I receive your name, email, and message. When you book a session, I receive your name, email, the time you chose, and anything you choose to share in your booking. When you join my email list, I receive your name and email. Please share only what you feel called to, and know that you never need to put detailed medical information in a form. Like most websites, this one also gathers basic visitor information, such as which pages are visited and what kind of device is used, so I can see how the site is being used.

Why I use it, and my basis for doing so: I use your information to respond to you, hold your session, send you the offerings and messages you asked for, and care for this space. For those in the UK and EU, my basis for this is your consent, or that I need your information to provide the service you requested. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for advertising. (seriously who does that anyway?)

Who it's shared with: Your information passes through the trusted tools that run this space. Squarespace hosts this website and receives contact form messages. Acuity handles session booking and reminders. Flodesk sends my emails to those who have joined my list. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, so your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by me. Information reaches these services electronically, through the forms and links you use, and each receives only what it needs to do its part. I may also share information if the law requires it - goddess willing, it never does.

Where it travels: I am based in Nebraska, USA, and spend much time in Costa Rica. These services are US-based, so if you are in the UK, the EU, or elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.

How I protect it: These platforms use secure, encrypted connections to protect your information as it travels. I keep the information I hold in password-protected accounts. Notes from our sessions are handwritten and kept private. They are never shared. When something I learn in sessions inspires a teaching or a post, it is shared in a general way, with nothing that could point back to you. Building safety and trust with you is a priority to me and I will treat your information with the utmost care.

How long I keep it: I keep your information for as long as it's needed to serve you, and for up to 10 years afterwards for records, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your rights: You can unsubscribe from my emails anytime using the link at the bottom of each one. You can ask me to share, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, and, if you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to or limit how I use it, or to complain to your local data protection authority. Write to me at hello@wildharmony.life and I will respond within 30 days.
